Monty and the entire staff at this Samuels store are great people. Every one is knowledgeable friendly and very helpful. The quality of their merchandise is second to none. The only comment I would have to the bad reviews is that if you can't budget for the best some times you have to settle for less quality. They do have some thing for every budget. I will continue to buy from these guys and I recommend you do the same.

I love Samuel's Jeweler's in Amarillo, my husband bought my engagement/wedding rings there 5 years ago. This year, I decided I wanted to upgrade my ring- they were really nice, and traded my ring in for a bigger one! They bent over backwards to be nice to me and all the other customer's in the store. Monty the manager is awesome! I highly reccomend.

Purchased Engagement Ring from AZ ~ Highly Recommend!! From the moment I stepped into this jewelry store, I was served with such courtesy and professionalism. The manager Monty Merrick showed me the diamonds I wanted through their diamond scope and taught me alot about diamonds. I felt no sales push, like being in a car dealership. I found the ring I wanted, the diamond that I liked and got excellent prompt, professional service! My fiancee loved the ring as soon as she saw it and always admires it every chance she gets. I looked at Barnes Jewelers in Amarillo also and almost purchased a Clarity Enhanced diamond, come to find out..this diamond is shot up with jel that is so tacky. They have beautiful diamonds here and their workmanship is impeccative. I highly recommend this store!!
