rusty was extremely helpful in answering our questions and helping us with trade ins.....not like most gold diamond buyers in town ,rusty actually was very helpful and honest

My husband and I have been doing business with the Forever Diamonds family for a few years now. We have had many experiences from purchasing ready-made pieces, having specialty pieces made, having adjustments & repairs made, routine cleaning, and selling our older pre-owned pieces that were no longer wanted/needed. They are always friendly, courteous, professional, and above all, fair and honest. My husband introduced me to Forever Diamonds when we became engaged. I was expecting a plain jewelry store, however, my experience in approving the final ring plan (hubby and Rusty designed it), the stones to go inside and flank it, and choosing hubby's ring was well managed, stress-free, and Rusty made sure that this was a ring I would be happy with the rest of my life. I have had metal allergies with jewelry in the past and his wife went above and beyond in helping me to determine which metals would work for me. I've been in there regularly to get the rings cleaned....when I was in there a couple weeks ago I was perusing through the watch case because hubby has commented about the high quality ones Rusty has. Excellent jewelry store! On every visit I'm treated with respect and am given great service. If you need to sell jewelry, you can rest assured that you will be given a very fair and generous offer. Haggling is not necessary. I will be utilizing Forever Diamonds Jewelers for all future jewelry needs.
