Wonderful customer service! Matt helped my fiance and I out with getting my engagement ring resized after they had already been closed! Extremely helpful and friendly! So happy my fiance picked Robin Bros to get my ring! Their rings are very beautiful and great quality!

Engagement Rings what is great about robbins brothers is that they have huge selection of designer engagement rings and a huge staff to serve. the ambiance is beautiful but can sometimes be overwhelming when you finally sit down and talk with a diamond consultant. the diamond consultant did not want us to leave after spending 45 minutes. i love their ring selection but they push some weird diamond cerficate called AGI or something like that, instead of the more recognized GIA or EGL certified diamonds. they have GIA certed stones but the cut was not as nice as i was looking for. huge store and huge staff adds on to the cost which is probably why they filed for bankruptcy earlier this year. i purchased a diamond in the los angeles diamond district and had it put in a solitaire. study the cut, color, clarity, carat weight and the get a GIA certificate. definitely a place to checkout if you want convenience though.
